Through her parallel role as CEO of Spartan Hubbard Group, she leads workforce and venture support efforts that uplift historically marginalized founders and frontline talent.

LaToya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and has continued to deepen her expertise through certifications in Black Tech Ecosystem Investments, Technology Entrepreneurship, Cybersecurity for Leaders, and Small Business Consulting.
